Requesting Transcripts
If you need to order an official ´óÐãÖ±²¥ transcript to send to an employer or another institution, complete an online order form through our transcript provider, the . Have a method of payment available to complete your order. There is a fee of up to $7 per transcript, plus additional fees depending on delivery method. If you encounter any problems ordering your transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse, you may contact the Registrar at the campus you attended at the number below, or contact our central Registrar office at (502) 410-6242.

Galen consists of a Main Campus located in Kentucky and off-campus instructional sites in Florida, Kansas, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Branch campus accreditation is dependent upon the continued accreditation of the Main Campus.
